Randall Promoted to Vice President Position

(February 4, 2008). TimBar Packaging & Display is pleased to announce that Jeff Randall has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Human Resources. "My confidence in Jeff comes not only from his many accomplishments during his tenure here but from knowing his genuine commitment to the people of TimBar", said Matt Heleva, President/CEO. Jeff is responsible for directing organizational development, recruiting, salary and benefits administration, safety, performance management and labor negotiations.

Jeff has a B.S. degree from Kansas State University, a Master's degree in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and is a Marine Corps officer. Previous to joining TimBar two years ago, he held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager for International Paper. He has been in the corrugated industry for nearly 15 years holding a variety of quality, safety, operations and human resource management positions.
