WHAT'S OUTSIDE COUNTS TOO
It’s simple. Customers are visual. Your product’s packaging better be, too, or you are losing sales, margins are shrinking and your competition is moving in.
With retail packaging, the design, shape and construction of a product’s package can create an amazing experience, or send your customers to the competition that is capitalizing on emotion and excitement. From protective construction for delicate objects to embossing and cosmetic coatings, TimBar Packaging & Display has you covered from concept to delivery. And your packaging...let’s just say it will evolve from a need to an experience.
Multi-color Flexographic Packaging
We offer direct print in a variety of substrates and flute profiles including microflute. Our New Oxford, PA facility offers preprinted liner with up to 7 colors including coating. Printing the liner before it is combined into corrugated board allows very high quality flexographic printing to be achieved. It can be printed on B, C and E flute profiles.
Our in-line laminator combines an offset printed topsheet with singleface to provide the structural integrity of a corrugated box with impeccable image design. Our New Oxford, PA facility is an IDEAlliance G7 Master Printer. We also offer full and spot litho-labels.
TimBar Packaging acquired Hanover Packaging in 2014. Hanover Packaging started in 1925 as a manufacturer of rigid boxes and has led the way in innovative rigid box design, from scalloped lids to rigid clamshell boxes to angled trays and hinged boxes.
Paperboard & Plastic Folding Carton
The Hanover Packaging division of TimBar makes folding cartons that range from a simple tuck box or auto-bottom to high end creations with unusual shapes,” wrap around” hard and soft windows and elegant graphics, including embossing, hot stamping, metallic coatings and beautiful cosmetic quality graphic elements.
Retail Ready Packaging
Retail Ready (RRP) or Shelf Ready Packaging (SRP) allows a case that contains more than one consumer selling unit to be placed on the store shelf in one motion, eliminating the multiple touches that would normally be required to stock each individual piece. The most effective RRP is designed to 1) provide easy identification of the product contents to retailer staff when storing & stacking and shoppers when on shelf. 2) be easy to open and shelf 3) be easy to breakdown and dispose of with little interaction, assistance or space. 4) be easy to shop.
Blister Card Packaging
If you are looking for shelf presence and security, consider pressure (cold) sealed trap blister packaging. It offers product visibility, security and uses less plastic than traditional clam-shell packaging. It is also easier to open than full plastic clam shell packaging and the 2 sided card provides high graphic impact to promote your brand and marketing message.
